Here's a list I've put together recently after much research; a definitive guide to those artists and their songs that dared (sometimes) to sample the songs of Steely Dan.
The list includes - perhaps unsurprisingly - many contemporary Hip-Hop, Rap and Dance artists. In some cases (such as with De La Soul's 'Eye Know') the sample used is quite obvious in the mix and practically forms the backbone of the track.
*Tracks marked with an asterisk contain obvious musical elements of the original Steely Dan/Donald Fagen track rather than audio samples taken directly from the original recording.
If any of you guys know of any other Steely/Fagen sampled tracks that aren't on my list, please let me know!

Remix. Mash-up. Two ways to describe Steelmatic. It was created
by a couple of guys from the States, Manz & Mr. Fantaztix, who took
the classic 2001 Nas album Stillmatic and retooled it using
Steely Dan samples. This album dosn't appear on the above 'Steely Sampled'

Day Glow Freaks
Musician Gabe Shultz - AKA Gabe Is The Devil - put together this album Day
Glow Freaks which is a collection of 12 original songs created entirely
from the sampled works of Steely Dan. This homage, built from hundreds
of samples of the band’s 82 studio tracks, is the result of a yearlong
personal endeavor and is an expression of gratitude for a career of
captivating music. This album dosn't appear on the above 'Steely Sampled'
